Your goal is to maintain or, even better, boost your revenue when demand is high. Invalid credit cards are a common pain point – and a hassle when you’re already in a high-demand season.

What did we change?

To save you time and secure revenue, we made significant improvements to our invalid credit card process, along with launching a new availability optimization page. The new yearly calendar view allows for long-term planning – up to and including next peak season. We’re also working on ways to prevent guests from making overlapping bookings on our site, which reduces the amount of last-minute cancellations.

To improve security and accountability, you wanted separate logins that limit access permissions for different job roles. You also said anything that saves time during a busy season is helpful.

What did we change?

We launched a new way to manage your Extranet user accounts – saving you time and enhancing your account's security. We also improved our messaging templates, letting you personalize messages to connect with guests more effectively and easily. Find them on your messaging preferences page.

Improve your guest experience

You told us

Better pre-stay communication could help you set guest expectations and improve their overall experience. Many of the "booking notes" your guests include in their reservations also contain important questions or requests.

What did we change?

Now we're forwarding your guests’ booking notes and requests directly to your Extranet inbox and Pulse app, so you can see and answer any special requests more easily.

We also improved messaging in Pulse. Now you can take or upload images to share, and even send specific locations to help guests find their way to your property or around your destination.
